The Delaware Insurance office has issued a bulletin instructing health insurance companies operating in Delaware that they must cover transgender surgical procedures. Delaware is the 15th State to do this. Barbara Gittings Delaware Stonewall Democrats applauds this decision and will fight efforts by members of the State legislature to overturn this directive.
