President to cover “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” in State of the Union

President Barack Obama, who has pledged to remove the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy on gays in the military, will touch on the topic in his State of the Union speech Wednesday, Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., said. The substance of Obama’s planned remarks remains unknown.
