We are elated that 3 bills passed this legislative session that  relate to LGBT issues:

• SB121 (was signed by Markell on Thursday at 3 p.m. at Camp Rehoboth) If you were there and took pictures, please email them to webadmin@delawarestonewalll.org so we can put them on this website.
• SB 84 Adoption/Custody/De Facto Parent Bill, allows de facto parents to petition for custody and adoption – this includes same-sex couples
• HB 112 Hospital Visitation Bill – which allows a person in a hospital, nursing home, or similar facility to specify whom they want to be visited by (including non-relatives)

Thanks to all of you who attended last Saturday’s FABULOUS event in Rehoboth.  Thanks also to those of you who helped with the passage of the
above bills.  And thanks to our wonderful hosts at the two beautiful homes where we met Saturday.
