			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dr. James D’Orta has pledged $1,000 a year to create a college scholarship fund. The Delaware Stonewall Democratic Club will also contribute $1,000 to create the Barbara Gittings Memorial Scholarship Fund for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, or Transgender Delaware college students. The Delaware student applying for the $2,000 scholarship should be attending either a Delaware 2 or 4 year college or university as an undergraduate. Preference will be given for freshman students 21 years old and under.</p>
<p>The process includes filling out an application, providing 3 references, and submitting the application by March 31, 2010. The application should be submitted with a cover letter and mailed to PO Box 1024, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971.</p>

above bills.  And thanks to our wonderful hosts at the two beautiful homes where we met Saturday.</p>
