SB 121 – Anti-Discrimination Bill passed both the Delaware Senate and the House

Visitation Bill Passes Senate

VISITATION BILL (HB 112) PASSES HOUSE

 On Thursday, April 9th, the  House passed by a vote of 36-0 Stonewall’s Hospital and Nursing Home Visitation Bill.  The Bill guarantees visitation to all selected by competent adults, subject to certain restrictions and requires facilties to honor Advanced Health Care Directives and Powers of Attorney.  The Bill now moves to the Senate.
